I have not had this problem. My k12 is still rock solid all around. Left and Right under the headlight is indeed a weak spot.. you could try Cleaning the rust off, and if there are no holes, you could paint with undercoating of some sort. Verstuurd vanaf mijn SM-G950F met Tapatalk

Immobiliser issues? Try removing the central locking fuses for a few days and see what happens. Maybe get an auto electrician on it to maybe narrow it down for you. Not sure what it could be. Since you already replaced the alternator and the battery, drop testing is not neccesary as well...
