After trawling through the forum I still haven't found a definitive answer to thissss so: Got myself some 10mm spacers as said above, stuck them on and im getting 5 and a bit turns. I've seen and heard you need somewhere between 6-10 turns, but I've also seen I'll be alright with 5 and a bit:p...

Quick question! Your sticker stack on the rear window, are they on the inside? If so, are they okay on the heating strips? orrrrr If they're on the outside are they okay with the wiper going over them? tahhh:)

Honestly no worries mate! There are quite a few places, Matt Humphries is where i got the springs from, and he does at host of other bits/rally orientated parts for micra's (check out his website) other than that they're sort of everywhere just stick whatever you need into google:p Also check...

Haha no worries mate, there are more qualified people here to answer that, but from my knowledge; you should be okay if your lowering up to 35mm. Anything more than that (my 50mm springs) will need an adjustable rod, the difference in "poke" if that's the right word is noticeable aswell!:)
