i've gotta agree with jarthur05, I'm 18 and my insurance is over £1000, i've also been refused by a couple of companies on a 1.3 K11 LX so if i were you i'd just do simple mods like ICE and interior... maybe getting an imobiliser fitted to bring your insurance down so when you get going would be...
