it all depends what gas the system uses in your car, if its R12 its a pro job as it needs to be recovered ( bad for environment, only bad for you if you are in a small space and release it as it dosnt contain oxygen and you can suffocate) if its R134a then its perfectly fine to do it yourself...

did they use a genuine exhaust or a cheaper replacement? some of the cheaper replacement exhausts don't fit properly, just a thought.

do you have aa or rac cover with homestart or something similar? if it were me and i couldnt find the problem i would just call out the AA and they would come out and start it for me or if not then tow it to the garage. also i dont think you have stated yet weather you have checked for a spark...

check that you actually have a spark at the spark plugs if you havent already, no point checking anything else untill your sure there is a spark. no spark.... no boom...

the rear shocks were kyb oil ones have to check what make the fronts are unipart.

the ma10et was the turbo'd ma10 used in the figaro i believe. ignition timing is probably diffrent to standard ma10.

i seem to remember being told that some K11's had rear disks ( think it was the ones with ABS) so surley a rear disk conversion wouldnt be that hard, probably just a case of swapping the rear axle (if you can find one with rear disks) and makeing up some pipes for it and handbrake cables, saying...

i have a brand new in box set of front shocks for the k10 but they are only standard oil shocks. still if you want them £10 + P&P. have some back shocks aswell that are used but only have about 500 miles on them, will throw them in too if you pay the extra p&p. let me know if you want them, Owen
