If i buy a micra i will be getting a face lift model anyways so thats not an issue, im just fussy haa. The ariel on a corsa is the same place as the face lift micra, rear end of the roof

Your quite true there mate, but they are awfull simple cars haa. Im torn between both, would love to get a micra and dump the GA16 or SR20 in but they aint straight forward are they, they need quite a lot of playing to get them in, and its money, with a corsa everything is cheap etc

Thats what im worried about if its not enough, where as i can go the quick route with a corsa and get easy straight power from the word go

That is good news then, just been scouting around and on youtube there is a CG13 on bike carbs i think from japan pushing out 160 bhp, that seems hell of a lot to get out of a 1300 lump

Would prefer to stay N/A though, my usual mods include bike carbs, cams, higher compression, 4 branch manifold with full system, would that see some healthy gains on the GA13 engine With the SR20 engine is the only problem the water pump issue

The limiter as mentioned is there for a purpose, to stop you inflicting damage but if your on it for a while at a time your asking for it haa

Thought so, can see the glittery effect it has. I have always found the hammered to be thinner than the smooth hammerite, which wont help with imperfections at all haa. Main thing is though it looks good

I like that a lot, they have come out well. Is that hammered black mate or smooth

They actually look quite good mate. The cold weather dont help much when using cans thoughh, did you heat the can up first then mate

Nice choice of alloy, i like them. I have not seen alloys done in hammerite as of yet though haa. Will look forward to seeing them, black goes with red so well too :grinning:

Ahh i see, yeh i knew they are called a March out in japan. You swapped the boot over did you mate. How did you come about that (for future preference haa) i really like it. Is there any other differences in them then, gotta love the japs :laugh:
