Me again guys. Just a quick question. Does the 1.0L coil pack (2001) have two catalystic converters. If so would it still pass emissions if I got rid of one or both. Cheers guys :)
I had the exact same problem. I was told that it's a common problem. Correct me if I wrong. But anyways. Mine was rusted from one wheel to the other. Both sides had holes in it as well from rust. Anyways paid 100 pound and I had it rewelded and under sealed. Well happy with results :)
Skinner that sounds about right. My gear stick doesn't return back to the centre. Is this a big problem? And any ideas how I can resolve it? Cheers dude
Hey dude. If you still ain't got the wheels yet. I have some axe alloys on. With stretched tyres. The tyre is 195. Can't remember rest but I can't remember the alloy width. I will put pictures up if you wanna see them
Hey guys. Does anyone have any idea what this could be. When out of gear if you give the gear stick a rattle to check it's out of gear a very metal sounds comes out. It's like something is loose. It hasn't always been like it :(. Any ideas and solutions would be top dog. Cheers guys :)
well, i dont see the point personally of fitting a 1.3, I will if it comes to it but I may be being power greedy but i think that i would have enough power with a 1.6. later on maybe turbo it so you get more power. Is it worth turboing a 1.3?
Hmm thats some real good info there dude. The ga16 sounds more down my street. If all of the looms by chance fit. Would it be just a straight engine swap regarding the new engine mount etc?
hmmm that be true, thinking of a good engine to put in from a donor car but cant think what. Any ideas?, I am taking into consideration, money, CC, power, difficulty and components needed E.G: gearbox ecu that kind of stuff :)
