I'm with gaz. Do all the prep work cause that'll just cost u time. To spray a wing and a bonnet in will be loads of cans of paint. And u know what'll happen , you'll get to the last coat of laquer and bam! Dirty great run,then u got to rub it down and start again. Get it to primer then save up.

We used to have an Evo 8 with brembos as std. They were horrible. Any amount of prolonged hard breaking and discs would warp. So we replaced them with proformance friction 2 piece disks and pads they were awsome! Trouble with fast road pads it there usually a bit noisey and do f@@k all from cold!

I always put cans in a bowl of hot water prior to using them. Keep everything as warm as poss. And as everyone else says. Prep is the key

It worked! Just cut the panel, bent the other half out the way, pulled the filter out ( which was filthy). Then I switched the blower on mAx and got a face full of crap from the blowers!

Sorry mate now I understand. Autoglass weren't the nominated supplier to admiral but they were trying to win the contract. Any admiral customers that called them they would do any jobs for £125. You know u can claim £50 back from admiral as they have now won the contract.

Just had another look. It must be blocked cause when I undo the screws I can pull the cover out slightly and air rushes out. What I can't believe is nissan have put a non removable panel in front of it! Oh we'll tomorrow I'm going to have to break out the angle grinder!

When I put my hand on the vent it feels like it's sucking air?

I can feel the pollen filter up the hole how do I get to it? Is it under the scuttle panel? Also I can't feel where the air is supposed to go, there's a tiny pipe that's connected to the bottom of the fan that I pulled off any idea what this is??

Hi mate yeah it's a 2002 and it's got a coil pack, the noise is always there when driving except between gear changes

Picked up new one, drove home gave it a bit of clean inside and jet washed wheel wells so I could see any poss damage repairs.

Yeah as soon as I push the clutch down it dissapears. The bite on the clutch is probably about between 1/2 and 3/4 up the pedal. I work for autoglass. If the other car has got the original screen in I doubt you'll get it out without breaking it. As for the trims it's a possibility but they usually snap on the corners. But u can use an old rubber off a corsa b and it'll look sweet!
