welcome to our club.... from many of the posts i have read a 2l gti engine fits so i shouldnt think this should be too much of a problem for you to fit either a 1.4 or a 1.6.personally if your doing an engine swap i would go for a 2l and have sommat special

intake/exhaust is done all ready i got leads and plug ....i have a decat but that is not on yet . i am still look for a manifold........... could i swap my 1.0 L head for a 1.3 head would this work ... .also...wot if any... throttle body would be a straight swap and would it make a difference...
