    A couple of pics from out and about today. Still no further with the refurb of the wheels, which are the same as these: The flat face of the spokes will be polished, as will the lip. The rest will either be black or gold.

    I've just realised that I was a bit of a twat with that first quite, I left it at it's default setting (USA) not Australia, the actual quote was £96.16 - so somewhere in the region of $150. That was DHL Express, so presumably could be found slower and cheaper.

    Awesome wheels! Would look ace with 165/55s but i guess thats a size that is pretty hard to come by in Aus. From a quick quote I just did it looks like shipping from the uk would be around $100 for a pair of tyres, with about the same again for the purchase of a pair of fairly budget brand.

    7x13 et5, though thats all shot to bits at the back because I have an odd pair of wheels, and a stock panhard rod, one et0 one et5, the et 5 is on the narrow side where the axle has been pushed over towards the wheelarch on the drivers side, the Et0 with a 10mm spacer is on the wide side.     Nice posts Rudy, my UK LX has them, but my base spec L does not, at some point I will swap 'em over. I was hoping that the wiring would be there just not the hardware - but it seems that I may have to extend the loom as you have done.

    Its actually a bit battered body wise, the pics must flatter it. A wash and polish always helps.
