Ok, I looked at this today. The wiper arm is on tight. It's the bolt that connects to the arm that moves. As it sits normally When I push on i the arm it sits flush but when you release the arm it springs back like the pic.

Hi guys, I have a wee problem with my drivers side wiper. The joint where the arm attaches is moving which means the blade doesn't sit flush on the windscreen. It also means part of the arm is fouling against the edge of the bonnet. If it push on the arm/joint it goes back into position but...
