What route did you take the cable?

Today I stripped everything out of the rear of the car to clean it and fit the cable for my boot fuel release then put it all back in again. I also filled the hole left by the rear wiper Tomorrow I will hopefully get the driver seat out and get the handle fitted. I also need to finish repairing...

If someone can confirm that the dials will work on a facelift then I'll have them. Think postage should be about £7 for them so happy enough to pay that

Pretty well, there is a noticeable difference with the boot handle to the boot as it needs a good clean and polish but when I tried the filler flap on it looked really close

Right! the painting of the pre facelift boot handle and fule cap flap has been finished after yesterdays awesome weather. I fitted the boot handle as a test this evening along with some led number plate bulbs and plugged the hole from the wiper being removed with a 10p coin in the rubber...

Thanks for the info! I thought the catch on the boot must be different! A local scrappy had one that I can check a price for you. Don't know if it's still there though. Will take a trip through soon and check if you like.

I just got one on eBay and plan on fitting it but wondered if the latch on the boot itself (not the part attached to the car) is different from standard as i can't work out how the release works.
