those kahns are very very heavy, i had a set of 17's on my old rover and they are very heavy, also the lip sticks out over the tyre a bit so are prone to kerbing, i bought mine second hand and they had been kerbed to pieces. ALSO i would suggest if possible getting 45 tyres on them as 40's give...

would have to agree with K11, the noise will give you the feeling you are going faster but an air filter on a small engine wont give anything much more than noise. As stated you would have to get the open filter in a position that cold air gets too, with ot without the aid of some funneling...

only issue is the front wheels appear to be deep dish and the rears and flat :(

If you have an imported car i think the laws are a bit different so you can try and get away with different plates. I know you can have smaller lettering on british style plates on offical import cars

you could get 17's and a 30mm drop, but i think 16 inches and 50mm drop would look better and give a better perceived "full arch" with less rubbing. you might be able to get away with a 50mm drop and 17 inch alloys but im unsure
