i am guessing that it is a 1.0 being class 4, but it must be knocking out best part of 130-140 bhp maybe more with that rev range, whatever it is, it sounds amazing, seems to get to 9k then gets a new lease of life and revs even higher.

Well i have had mine for over a year now, and the only thing i had go wrong was a binding caliper, but this could happen on any car tbh.

Ah, thats good to know, just wasnt sure due to mine being the CGA, didnt know if my T/B would be a restriction, but as you said with a bit of boost, its doubtful that a bigger diam T/B would make any diff with low boost.

Looking to upgrade said T/B on my CGA, in prep for my impending turbo conversion (job front is looking good frank, so should be able to sort out that mani in the next couple of weeks :) ) any ideas on what would fit or be worth it? i was thinking one from a QG18 maybe?

That sounds like calipers to me mate, there is a place on ebay that does recon calipers for 55 quid each with 15 quid rebate when you send in your old ones...

Dont forget mind if its a C/P then you need to splice the signal wire into the light blue wire with the black stripe going into the plug on the back of the dash, well thats where i spliced mine.
