Needs different oil to the engine, there should be a filler plug in the gearbox somewhere.

I put magntec in the g/f's micra, and also in my RS. Failing that Castrol GTX with a tin of Molyslip in.

Just fitted a Hawk remote central locking kit to my insignificant others car. Easy job, and works excellent, shes happy, saves messing about with keys. Just need a compatible alarm now because, the alarm in the car has no outputs for central locking, so will rip that out and replace with...

Number 1. Failing that a panel filter

Excellent choice in wheels mate, they are on my shopping list for my RS in 16" form

On my RS2000 MK6 i have a panel filter and drilled the airbox, sounds good and gives the same performance as a £100 induction kit, which is next to nothing with out doing other little mods. so i would drill the airbox and replace the filter

Wrong, i don't. LOL What i do admire though is the amount of money and time people put into their cars, no matter what sort of car it is. I prefer subtle mods to the bodywork and interior with more engine/suspension work.

Yeah LED's, colour coded interior. Don't get me wrong mate, i'm sure your doing an excellent job, just not what i like, i just prefer subtle mods, but thats just me. Nice to be different though.

They both work for me, but i'm on the works computer which is a G5 Mac

Just ordered the Hawk system from ebay. Will fit that for the misses and get a upgraded alarm system at some point.

Panel filter and drill the airbox, its better than a induction kit.

Ok, whats a good way to get remote central locking to this car? Any recomendations etc.

Sorry mate, that is just awful, looks tacky and cheap IMO. 10/10 for effort though.
