just dont want to keep grinding it back plus its awkward todo with a flap wheel because of the angles thats all

has any one ever used the rust remover gel before welding? only on the surface rust tho ? but these are my wepons against rust lol try and make my welding better lol

rust 5 is showing the new bit of inner sill im putting in

ar see behind the red arrow the inner sill im also replacing that bit too

on the second pic towards the back you can see that extra bit of steel thats in line with the sill lip , ive got to extrend that too as well as doo what youve dine but ive got to make a new bit all along to take the outter sill as the inner had already been attacked lol

the bottem lip for the sill had got crushed on the ramp plus that lip had so much weld on it im a total beginner and im doing better lol

wish id seen this before i started, mines been welded before so was a right mess :(, will look ok once im done tho i hope these are pics in the dark soo far, last pic is of the inner sill i made that goes from near the seat and supention mount down to the bottem lip to create the wheel arch

ok got too late to take a picture but it was hiding some major issues , i really dont care its taking for ever , this one will survive !! basicly rebuild from the outter body to the just under the seat and theres me thinking it was going to be a little hole ! lol

ill be back later now to attack the car lol

thank you not the one i see but least i can see what todo but the one i see did the welding from the arch and rebuilt that corner like mine needs

that was the plan but just need a good look inside , there was a guy that haddone one and posted pics up too cant find it any where

im about to do the same just after pics if any one can help

i did find some pics but ive gone to look again and cant find them can some one please point them out to me as i want a good look inside the sill so i can know what i need todo roughly ,i dont like the idea of welding it up on the out side with out knowing whats on the inside but the sill was...
