i don't know, but my brothers rover cot about £450 with all new valves fitted (he sourced the valves i believe) and a new head gasket and cambelt, tensioner and waterpump (he had it all done then). It could be quite costly! Another engine would probably be cheaper?

nothing wrong with your micra mate! i like it alot. stick those clear clusters back on, perfect your rear splitter and put a proper backbox on angled at the back, but do it going to the otehr side as this may prevent rubbing on your fuel tank! did you finish your exhaust in the front btw?

surely the best of both worlds would be a 1.2 head with 1.0 valves (because i'm assuming they'd be shorter to stop them hitting the pistons) and a 1.2 carb (or better). And maybe port and polish it yourself while its off. Thats purely a guess, i can't guaruntee any of that would work, i'm not...

i'd say get 195/45/15 as i heard that 195/50/15 rubs on certain offsets. Besides they probably don't cost any/much more.
