how did you get inside your seats to remove the springs ?? Did you have to cut the seat open ?? would it be worth removing some foam too for some extra hug ? bearing in mind i cant really feel many springs :/

mine has brand new springs i had to get them for the mot they are really bouncy though.

as i bought it , £80. new springs to get it through the mot. hand painted black, deep dish wellers and tints. yellow lights and fresh wheel paint :D rear view with effect ;) its ongoing but looks pretty cool at the moment :) give me your opinions and ideas guys :D

Hi all ! I want to be able to chuck my k10 round corners like a go kart , I have purchased some wide wheels and that has improved the handling but it is still quite boaty. I know if I got lowering springs or coilovers it would help but if I lower my car the wheels will scrape and I can't be...

how did the car handle on the 35mm springs dude ??? I'm getting some for my k10 and wanna know if they handle as good as coilys :)

So you just jacked it up and cut the springs like that ?? what did you use to chop them ?

Aha yeah you should ;) I just respect the fact that it is a 20 year old car and you can't treat them as rough as newer cars :) I am aiming to cut my springs down a little bit on the weekend :) should be interesting aha !

Wow ! Is that screaming the balls out of it because I can only reach about 70 before I get scared to go any faster because the engine is screaming !!! I normally potter down the dual carrigeway at about 60mph tickling the throttle :) I wonder why my k10 is so slow :/

Does that mean you would or wouldn't reccomend it ?? To be honest I dont know if it's worth the hassle but my micra is rather slow and I wondered if having a four speed would help me get more out of it ? Cheers for fast reply :)

Hello there, Just an enquiry really , I have a 1992 k10. I noticed on the gear knob and in the manual it says 'manual 4-speed'. BUT... I have 5 gears :/ were there k10 5-speeds or do I have the wrong gearbox? Also will my car run better with the correct 4 speed gearbox it's supposed to have...

aha yeh everyone is telling me to slam it but where the wheels poke out , i will get some serious rubbing ! the wheels are wellerswheels , 13x8 on the rear and 13x7.5 on the front :) they are absolutely wonderful and i will never sell them ;) i have no idea what tyres are on there buddy but...
