thats a switch which is wired to the sub in the boot as i dont want it on all the time pounding away when ive only got the radio on ;)

just my 2p worth but iv got one of these that plugs directly into the obd2 port and gives live data, mpg's, fault code reader and loads more, £40 quid from ebay if i remember right

Right first proper question! starting the car from stone cold in the morning or if its been standing a while is soooooper lumpy and wants to cut out, now i understand that the coilpack motors dont run waxstats on the throttle bodies (correct?) at first start it'll stutter at around 700- 980...

not sure how it is on the pre face lifts but if i remember right i think mine twisted off :confused:

take the metal clips off from around the light first, make sure all the bulbs and headlight adjuster motor are all removed, then bake it in the oven for 10 mins on about 90-100 or until golden and crispy on top, take a large tipped flat head screw driver and gently prise the glass off the top...

cheers guys, yea not bad for £400 odd quid and being the 1.4 it goes alright, just the bodywork lets it down, the woman who owned it before must have been blind! all four corners of the bumpers are scuffed pretty bad and both sides are peppered with dings not to mention the passenger door is...
