ok there is hope i only bent three exhaust valves and the timing belt is perfect, one big prob i cant get the valves, any help would be great and yeah im not sure why it does that speed in third but i dont think the gearbox is any different, the clutch disc is a k11 1.3, the pressure plate is...

think i just killed my st was flat out racing doing 160 coming out of third and hit 2nd instead of fourth, dont think its the big end but it duznt like idling at the moment:( not good

how would i go about doing that ed and how much would it cost?? roughly

s/c ok thanks a mill lads oh i no this is off topic ed but do you no where id get a rebuild kit for the standard turbo on the st? i was talkin to baz earlier and i think he nearly had a heart attack because he taught i blew mine but i just want to rebuild mine anyway haha

s/c ok ed how can you increase the boost on the s/c without changing pulleys??

ok i no this subject was brought up before but how do you dip the s/c for oil, how to drain refill etc. and what oil goes into it? thanks

ufo yeah im still waiting on my new ufo and baz i no for a fact that darrens ufo is perfect i tried it in my car when darrens was running so that might fix the problemo(Y)

blue smoke i was only talking to baz the other day about this, my car now has 174km on the clock and even he said it that my car has not even a tiny bit of smoke coming out of it and never leaks any oil either and i do drive my st quite hard all the time!!

bush no i havnt either think mine look alright for now, but i might check them today and see how they look as there is a lot of km on my car

wishbone yeah you need to re drill the holes for the anti roll bar on the wishbone, i did it myself and havnt had any trouble with them man

wishbone just replace the hole wishbone man there only like 40 euro from england thats where i got both of mine, go onto ebay.co.uk and you will find them
