Started a blog on the road rally car.... and basically finished it. :cool:

Dad made a switch panel to go where the radio used to be. Navigator light switch, fuses, spot lights switch and electric power steering switch. Painted the crossmember and sump guard mount to stop rust. Nice camber bro. Nav foot rest, nav clock and switch panel fitted. Now it was time for...

The stickers were removed from the panels, leaving faded paint and marks all over the car. Then the rain came down and lots of the Porsche paint done by the previous owner (that had been indoors for 4 years) started to fall off onto our drive. So paint was on the list! Also repaired the rear of...

Okaaaay so the road rally car is finally complete! Complete meaning "fit to rally"... No rally car is ever complete! This isn't strictly in the order of completion but just using whatever photos I took at the time. It's been a busy 3 months building the car on the drive in the winter weather...

Did my first road rally lastnight in Lampeter! Started car 86 and finished 44th overall and 3rd in class out of 18. Roads were icy as f**k all night but still no damage to the car despite lots of moments! Proper chuffed :) Pics to follow when they get sent Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Nooo it's the same but I just never got to drive the yellow car down lanes or whatever, only on single venue events with plenty of room etc, never on the road. I'm driving down the same lanes as I have been in my road car and it just feels like a WRC car compared hahaha Just the interior...
