make a box that fits over the unit but does not fit in the unit hole i did it when i bought my dvd headunit and it works all you have to do is alot of measurements and fine cutting and make it look good nothing hard about it

just tear the old headunit out and go to your nearest car shop and get the adaptor but you shouldn't need one for the areial it's the easiest and cheapst way lol but you will find that you will pay around 15 pounds for an adaptor i paid 13 for mine
