I have a 200 SE and thought it would have had a rev counter:confused: What is all the face lift stuff, is there a list of what got changed in which years? Do i have a facelift model? I have elec windows, PS, central locking, AC and pop out side windows, so a decent spec but no counter.

I also need it when i change sites, the micra cant move all my gear or carry the weight or get across a muddy site. I would have a new micra for private use and my old one for work if i didnt need a big truck, saved a fortune on fuel today. :)

Whats the best option, get a new dash from the scrappy (would i be able to keep my speedo for correct mileage) or add one of those bolt on ones? Thought my model would have had one, all the ones on youtube have rev counter :mad:

I thought that was my problem too, i removed the heat shield and felt that the spring was still intact. Then i moved down to the linkage i think its called (the bit by the engine) a turn of the spanner to losen the nut and the gear lever sprang back into place! All these issues are known faults...

All clear dont work at all on the micra, half clear is ok, sure i saw some led ones or at least looked like led...may have been on the tube.

Family mechanic bought mine back just now, on 30mm lowered springs and with new gearbox, Will tax it tomorrow and finally start using it, will take six months driving it till its paid for itself! Uploaded with ImageShack.us Will sand down drums and paint satin black with hammerite spray :)

Anyone tried this and got a pro finish? I can get a local place to do the rears for about 100£ wondering if i could save a few pennies and do it myself. Im a carpenter by trade, so good with my hands, not sure how i would get on with this though:eek...

Got a gearbox out of another 2000 micra and it doesn't fit, my one has a crank sensor attached, had to buy another :(
