the red led flashes with no key in the ignition but when key is in the led goes out , we have tried both keys incase it was something to do the nats system. going to ring the scrappy in the morning to get a price for the dissy.

are the 1ltr and the 1.3ltr dissy's interchangeable as i know a scrappy with a k11 in but i dont know what engine size it is

hi fob the wires that go to the boot lock are both earth wires. one wire provides an earth to the lock itself and the other wire comes from the boot light so for the boot light you have the live +12v on one side of the bulb then on the other side you have the earth wire here is a scrappy pic...

i know people dont like kwikfit but i have never had any problems with them doing tracking they do 4 wheel tracking and afterwards my car has always tracked straight last time i had it done it cost me £25 but they will recheck it within 30 days and re-adjust foc if its out

yes but a similar thing could happen on a different make ,all i am saying is not to rule the sunroof out ,if you aren't sure why something is happening then every route needs to be explored to eliminate it from the equation.
