i have had mine bored out 1mm and forged pistons to suit. its holding up fine now and is running about .6 of a bar of boost and is around the 155bhp mark at present (turbo is on its way out so dont want to risk much more). there is loads of places out there that sell stuff...just got to dig...

low/light grade sand paper and plenty prep time 3 coats: primer 3 coats: base colour 3 coats: top coat did mine nearly 2 years ago. not faded in the slighist and is really tough. spray cans from halford, base coat from nissan to get the exact colour. so not expensive stuff.

i to seem to be having an oil leak in this area. i though the rubber gasket wasnt on properly or something. i have an oil/air seperater similar to ciscos (ex-cisco's lol) put the problem is still there. its going in to be looked at this month and to finish off the turbo conversion.

Thers kits about but you still need to modify things, cut away bits of chassis etc. buy a turbo, install it with an intercooler and make up all the pipework. run a greddy Emanage or something similar and run it on low boost. you still get loads more power. but not enough to blow up your engine...
