if you lower this will mess with the camber settings, which can be adjusted. tracking will be possible and i would advise getting it adjusted after. canber could be set right by a half decent garage as they will put some shims in to re set it. hope this helps

is say its a ratle from excess paste being used when assembling, some of it gets inside and may have broken off, causing a rattle.

i personally would only do the bare minimum but with super fine wet and dry, then etch, sand, filler primer, sand, paint

red is a different colour, this was a quick see how it looks dummy run thing. i have to do some fibre glass repair and filling etc so will do a decent job on the paint after all that. also the black will most likely be a satin rather than loss so it matches the bump strips. thanks...
