heres my theory, a cut sleeve that sits all the way to the bottom of the top nut thread, will also able the corsa b top cup holder to sit higher up, so insted of it sitting at the "SIT FLUSH" part, it can "SIT HIGHER" is this correct?

so am i better off getting a sleeve cut to the same size? so the top cup mount can sit higher?

bnot a hard question, just need advice, the corsa b top spring cup mount, does it sit sluch with the widest part or just about for when you bolt it down, heres a pic any way to show what i mean.

all i need to do now is weld the hose brackets on the fronts, and cut springs on the back, and i could do with some advice about how do you set the fronts up, do you have the corsa b spring cup just above the shock part were it sits fluch, then bolt it all down tight?

some time this week am hoping, i understand everythin now, after reading it over and over, all i dont understand is assembly of the front shocks and all that sleeve buisness, i will make a video of what i mean tomorrow if i get chance

QUESTION! were do you replace the brake pipe clip thingy?

had another day with the coilovers today, so i took the top cup mount to my dads good friend, to see what he can do with the top cup to try and get the thrust washer seating abit better, also asked him to drill the top leg mount, and to file down the metal bush thing on the corsa rear shock...

i had the passenger side shock off today, and i jacked it up on a torsion mount i think, not by the axel any way, and there was still compression with in the spring, unless i have to undo both sides at the same time

i cant find my spring compressors tho :down:

the lamp post will end up being draged up the road with me :p

what do you need to undo to remove the rear springs :blues:
