Tweak done. Required shortening the exhaust rubber to give sufficient clearance. Used locking wire to support each mount in case of rubber failure Picture of the gap now

Just tried the car. Feels little more go but that could be in my head. Once system had got warm it's now touching the body. Needs a tweak

Ok cheers Frank. May just pull mine out and do it in work foc. Will look into balancing it then using a similar method or as I work with aircraft engines may be able to get in on a proper dynamic balancer if make a jig? Maybe. It's all time though

Hola. Tried to remove my rotor arm to renew it and it seems quite firm to remove. Is there any 'clips' holding it etc or just pull it off? Cheers. Checked the cap and contacts seem a little furry. School of thought is if changing the plugs may as well do the whole system- plugs leads cap n rotor...

Tried to fix exhaust. Bit rusty so couldn't split it. Ended up welding nuts to it and using a drag hammer pulled a small portion of the dents out. No good as too battered. New janspeed ordered today along with 1144 pads for the front.

Just ordered a 2" janspeed to replace my system from mat Humpris. It's the same as I have now. The system I got is quite bent and flattened. Can't separate the original system as quite old and rusty

Due to replace my janspeed exhaust due to damage and getting bit rusty. Would a 2" bore be ideal or 1.75" be ok as can get one quite reasonably priced. Car has 95bhp @ wheels
