Oh really? In the picture it looks like the cheapy silver plastic you find on things these days. My bad!

    my 1.0 93

I've got a set of backlights for a preface if you're looking to buy one... Come to think of it, I have a passenger side wing that's free of rot if you needed one of those too, it's in white though so would need painting.

    my 1.0 93

I spy with my little eye, a single facelift rear light? Bit of an odd inclusion isn't it? Nice little motor though! The K reg K11's are pretty rare from what I understand! Got any plans for it?

Could you link me? I had a search but couldn't find it. Sticking with the original sounds sensible however something third party is also tempting, at the moment I'm just weighing up my options.

    Showroom Condition 205

Friend linked me to this on detailing world, I think it looks absolutely incredible for a 22 year old car with mostly original parts, and the paint it came with out of the factory! http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=269101 Anyone fancy doing this with a K10 or a K11? We...

    Gearknob Suggestions

Pool balls seem to be the winner so far! Didn't really think it would suit a K12 as well as it might a K11, but I'm kinda picturing it and coming round to the idea. Guy - That looks a bit cheap and plasticy for my liking. Also noted the facelift version cupholders, indecided as to wether I...

    Gearknob Suggestions

So the gearknob on my K12 has gotten to the point where it's annoyed me enough to consider replacing it. The heat and the friction from my hand has perished the leather (much like it has on the steering wheel but that doesn't bother me as much as there's more hand-space). On my K11 I'd always...

    Nissan Micra Automatics ?

I personally can't get my head around automatics, I've driven an automatic note, and an automatic fiesta, and whilst the fiesta was still a bit easier it was still a bit of a mind****. But, I'd say stick with a manual. You get better performance and fuel economy, which seems crazy to pass up...

    Wet floor

The usual culprits on any car are the drains down the door shuts. If you open the door, and look at the bottom facing forwards, you'll see in the gap in the wing. Water from the scuttle panel runs down and drains out of there. The other thing I've learnt from my car is that if you have an...

A few pics of my sport +

Damn, the sport+ looks good on BBS, and in silver. Actually looked at a silver sport+ when I was buying mine, but the one I went for in the end was in much better nick, definitely prefer the colour though!

Alloy wheels - bad new comes good.

No rota's for guy then? :(

    pheeewwww thank god...

Considering the bumpers are held on by 4 bolts a piece, I think you're safe going on whatever roads you like, without fear of them coming off (unless you're like me and the Nissan Dealership sold you a Micra where the rear bumper was held on by hopes and dreams) - but if you're really looking to...

Just signed for my 'new' car!

I think these would look amazing. http://www.rotashop.co.uk/grid-16-x-7quot-bronze-set-of-4-wheels-lightweight-series_p1040374.htm Dark Silver with a hint of bronze and 16" like you want! Or, Black with silver lip...

Just signed for my 'new' car!

Hmmm, think I prefer the Rota's if I'm honest, those look like the cheap alloys people put on their car to say they have alloys, but I'm sure they'll look sick with some low-profile tyres and slammage. and if you like them then thats what counts.

    Racing harnesses and boobs!

Ah thats quite smart. And sensible too as you're probably at more risk of death on the track!

    Forum Problems :(

My iPhone 3G is like that with pretty much everything, but it's jailbroken and modded to hell so it literally runs as slow and glitchy as you could possibly imagine. Will often take me about four attempts to launch an app, and can write a sentence out and then spend a minute watching it slowly...

    Racing harnesses and boobs!

I got some cracked ribs when I crashed my K11 however this was more to do with me hitting the steering wheel with my chest as the seatbelt was a bit late (thankfully cutting in before my face met the windscreen), maybe had I been better endowed it might have cushioned my impact a little bit...

    Forum Problems :(

That sounds more site-related actually. Although I can't recall having that problem. Maybe James could have a prod around and look, maybe something session-related? That's just guesswork, the extent of my knowledge of web stuff is just design, and the teeny tiniest bit of PHP.

    Forum Problems :(

I've had no problems so I'd assume it's your computer. I think a rule of thumb is that if the error appears on the site, like a numbered error or something then it's probably site based, if the error is locally displayed, maybe similar to something you've seen on another site, it's more likely...
