im thinking of spraying car either silver or a nice black, i can get the primer, paint and laquer easily, i just neeed to know how to remove paint? do i use rough sandpaper and go all the way to the metal? or just to reveal the old primer underneath and start from there ?

i filled car with oil last night, is it possible i over filled? sometimes when driving, huge amounts of white smoke pours out of exhaust, and smells burny, and also it feels like it has lost power when the smoke comes out, but it runs fine, starts first time, sounds normal, and drives fine once...

ouch :eek: yeahh, i was rolling with one white rusty spare wheel for a few days too :/ but my mum kindly secretly bought me a new tire, so my original painted steelie went back on, so thats kinda lifted my spirits about getting car back upto scratch again, taking it to my body repair shop...

how did you mesh your grill so far out? like, in front of the grill surrounds? looks way better, i could only mesh mine by bolting the mesh onto the back of the grill from inside of bonnet, so its set quite far back, any tips?

i see where your coming from, like the doors are just accessories if that makes sense? as it doesnt really hold the car together, like sills, chasis, suspension, main shell bla bla bla,

thats true, would i fail mot for that door rust? or is it just the sills that fails ? and other important parts?
