well im getting an engine from an almera so looks like ill be going to scrappy and ripping one apart (Y)

i dont now if anybody knows but im planning on doing an engine transplant and i wanted to get new brakes and suspension because i dont think stock will be able to cope any ideas on brakes or suspension?

gear knob isnt moving an inch? any other tips?

?how the hell do i take the door apart eg speaker + handles? i need to check my speakers because i think a wire has come loose... also how do i get my gear knob off cos it seems to be on pretty tight!?! thanks if anyone can help
