Aye I think I'm going to pick up a Haynes manual. I know nothing about the internals really in cars but I'm certainly going to learn. The car was braking, but not as fast as I would have liked. It only started doing that today also. Before then as far as I know, it's been fine.

The brake fluid should also be changed in a full service, and that is what the car was meant to have had done :(

Thanks for the help, but they have the middle chrome parts as well, and mine look like that now :( I'd rather not have them, and instead put a grill behind like in the picture. Is that possible to do? This is how my car looks at the moment:

If it still fit the grills from the 2002 model I have then yeah, I wouldn't see why not. Only problem being that my bonnet and the grill is one unit, whereas on images I've seen of other earlier K11's, they are two separate pieces.

I have that on my car. I wondered what that did! I may have to change it now as I have noticed the lights don't seem to light a lot, other than the ground in front. EDIT: It was already set on mine to fully up, but it could still do with being fuller

No, not normal at all. Within a second or so of turning on the ignitions power, the needle should have moved up.
