you can just swap over k11 front hubs from a 1ltr, then use the brakes off of a 1.3, or even a pulsar if you need to golf ones won't fit as the centerbore is to small, and you'll need different calipers keep in mind the k10 and k11 are really similar on the front end especially the 1ltrs

if its going in the boot can you not just use a rear axle with a sprocket welded to it, sort of like a quadbike?

you might aswell check the fuse box and light connectors for corrosion, they do tend to rot and cause problems

Yup you need everything off of the front end, i've been wanting to do it to mine cause my mate had a prefacelift. but his front wings were rotten though.

are they only height adjustable? or do they offer more?

i did, look at my display picture :) had an adjustable pandhard rod though but it didn't need changing, and the rears never locked up under breaking, but my rears wern't all that great

if you change them to proper xenons without projectors and self leveling suspension they are illegal and a new mot fail coming either this april or already here, but no one really cares to much. You should run them with projectors though, makes it less bait and stops blinding other road users
