I was just wondering, what wattage are the standard front speakers on a 2001 1.0 GX?? I know they're 4 ohms, but no wattage :(

Could get a 1 farrah (did I spell that right??) capacitor. Or even a bigger one. Means when a whopper thump of bass comes along, it'll use the power from the capacitor rather than from the battery/alternator. Correct me if I'm wrong though lol

Slug, I've had the power loss problem and found it to be my MAF. Try disconnecting it and see if it'll fix your power loss problem.

When you hold the gearstick in reverse does the light come on, and when you let go it turns off?? If so its the sensor I think. Happened to my old K11, didn't get a chance to change it though.

Yeah, it's the coilpack model. I used carb cleaner on it the other day, and it didn't really help. Anyone know, apart from the stock throttle bodies, would fit directly into a 1.0 Micra (2001). I've decided to change the whole thing and get new sensors ect.

Can someone tell me exactly where to look for the central locking module??

So if it is because the car is running too lean, how could I fix it?? And Glen, on start-up, does your car refuse to go over abot 2000-3000 revs untill its running a few minutes??

Recently, the "Check Engine" light has come on in my 2001 1.0 GX. I took no notice of it when it first came on, but I've notice that my car seems a bit slow all of a sudden. At idle, when I floor the accelerator, it revs up to about 3000 rpm and wont go higher for a few seconds, then it will...

Don't think so, won't fit under the lights, or there would be a gap under the lights.

Oh, I thought it was just coming off at the top.... Try glue to rubber back into place?? Then add a spoiler and it will keep it from coming apart at the top??
