Update: Have now returned the incorrect drive shaft. In its place, have now got a CV joint. Unfortunately, this has the ABS cog wheel. Does anybody know if this will be ok to fit on my non ABS drive shaft and wheel hub. Danny

Also what type of gear box oil is recommended. Lost some oil when I took out the drive shaft. Manual says manual transmission gear oil is API GL-4*1, where *1 = Gear Oil 80W-90.

I've looked at the v small gap between the door and the body - and wondered - is it easy to take the bolts off the front wing - to get access to door hinge bolts - but this may have been an extreme reaction on the day.
