i remember rading somewhere that the 1.3 exaust cam keeps the valves open a fraction too long, loosing compression, so i suppose so davey. went out earlier and found that the screw on the right hand of the cover is rusted into a shapless blob, anyone know the best method for removal? bit off...

i i meant whats the difference between just adding the exaust and just adding the inlet lol.:p

Ive been meaning to do this for a while now too. what difference is there between fitting the inlet or the exaust? i was gonna just chuck the inlet in but i wanna know every possible option first lol

Oooh i was wondering if this is what id ahve to do! (Scrappy trip exuse!:p ) did u remove the entire cable(i think it leads into the back of the fusebox behind the dash) and fit them parallel, or just bust out the old cut n crimp method? Oh and if u can dig that indicator stalk out (facelift?)...

could someone with the nessesary passanger side wire put a pic of it and where it goes from the fog unit up please? itd be a massive help. also cant find an indicator stalk with the front fog setting, if anyone has one spare or summet, ill buy it!

Oh no lol, who provides half of the nessasary loom o_O, would it be possible then, as the drivers side did have the wire/lead/w/e to rip another drivers side one out of a scrappys, and run them in parallel from the same source? if so, does anyone know where that fog part of the loom leads to?

Hello all, another light related messup from me! I've bought myself some foglights from the bay of e for my 1999 facelift, but cant seem to find the wire to plug in my passenger side :confused:, could anyone shed some light on this please? many thanks!

Help! I was having good times fitting some home made ht leads, which were workng well, untill my gauge cluster died on me :o ! where did you attach the molegrips? none of the outside of the unit rotates with the bar

any ideas which tool to use to hold that slot still? its got me stumped.

i swapped the light, and the light holder insert thing, which is all good, straight fit. but once they're in the lights play silly buggers when the side and main beam are turned on :(
