I've heard the GA16 can take over 300BHP with stock internals. It also takes Vitara Pistons as an upgrade. (But I really don't know much about this)

Looking for a used one of these: Can be any condition, as long as the spline is in good nick! Hopefully someone has got one lying around? ^^

I'm currently working on this conversion. I'm using a K11 1.3 gearbox and shafts on the GA16. Money-willing, she should be running soon, so I'll let you know how it goes :)

Take the thermostat out completely! There's nothing wrong with having it out all the time, as long as you let the engine warm up naturally when you first start it! If this cures the problem, you have a faulty stat and should get it replaced. :)

Coilovers are as close to that as you will get. 35mm drop is a nice drop anyways. Unless you're slamming it and making it un-road worthy....

Would have to be quick release in case of a fire hazard!

ST bonnets are the same as facelift bonnets, so they have a small protruding lip on the front to match up with the grill. If you really wanna go down that route, you`re better off buying the whole front end of an ST or mixing the ST bonnet with all facelift parts! But to answer your question...
