the way i did this is adjust the rachet as frank says then i took some more of the slack out of the cables with the cable adjust which is under the passenger side behind the floorpan mine went from very loose to 3-4 clicks so job well done i say

as my last post says i have now fitted bucket seats didnt you read it lol

had a look today and the rear light cluster was loose and the seal was perished so just removed the light and used silicon sealer now all ok so far touch wood :P

now that ive had a think it word be easier just to pic up the live off the headlights

from what i can remember from mot's if they are fitted they have to work i say just remove them before mot test then refit them after :upside: :k10:

tbh i would wire it the same as the standard fog lights but splice into the standard switch wire closer to the switch itself thats just my way of working :P

what part of the mids mate im near birmingham clear side repeators the day after i paid £50 for the car i put in seat covers mats and a cd player as shown in these photos much has changed i have wolfrace 5 spokes (pics up asap) bucket seats, sub and amp package, erm different...

in my k10 i had the same problem with my fli door speakers so i took the covers off and all is good :P

i have a kenwood cd player in my k10 and the aerial just pushed straight in mate but after i connected it i found anouther aerial wire from some place but still cant find the end lol what make of cd player you going to be fitting?

yer i had that a few months ago but changed the pads and i found they where metal to metal with the disc lol all is still in good order now though touch wood
