I have a pre facelift 1994 1.0 gearbox on a 1994 1.3 engine frank. I bought a 1.3 shaft a week or so ago but the splines looked bigger and the hub end looked different so didnt even bother fitting it! Wish id realised before i bought it lol. So i need 1.0 shafts deffo, but will these "r" reg...

Make it sound dead simple glen, Im betting by next year there is going to be so many more conversions been done as more people like yourself are cracking on and inspiring others(Y). Think we should all be sharing information etc though, dont get why some projects are kept behind the garage...

I think black wheels really suit it but deffo the OZ ones you borrowed from your mate. IN my opinion just look better for having less spokes. But apart from that its looking spot on(Y) Flat_out

Yup that was little bandit, sr20det, so an almera 2.0 engine turbo'd not the pulsar engine as some people think. But yeah to get the topic on track, a heck of a lot of work lol. Espeically the sr20det as the added size of the turbo etc means the bulkhead had to be chopped back and moved 4 inches...

Think martin means lowering the compression of the ga16 and fitting a turbo to it, not a 1.6 that comes turbo'd as standard(Y) Flat_out

Pretty sure your after the same colour as squarepants has his, so he should be able to tell you. Although the paint code is found on the vin plate riveted in the engine bay Flat_out

Well as olly said theres, vacuum, volt, amp, rev counter, could also have oil pressure, oil temp or even a clock if yours hasnt got one in? I think aslong as they tie in with the current interior it'l look good. Anythin big stuck out the dash or a flourescent colour looks chavvy to me, but hey...

Same here, thats why i just want to simplify it completly and be able to control it myself. I see people running seperate fans on the front of intercoolers too, so it must be possible to just rig one up for that kind of job i guess. Flat_out
