sorry buddy, couldnt tell you if theyl fit the k12 as their welded onto the k11 sub frames yea the harnesses are included its pretty much a case of bolting the seat to the floor then bolting the back of the harness down and you have yourself a bucket seat lol not really keen on selling...

i dont have the right tool to check compression, assuming your talking about the one that you screw down into the spark plug hole and crank the engine over how do i check the injectors are working correctly and where is the o2 sensor located, just a rough location and ill figure it out lol...
