    New speakers

If you get a speaker to RCA converter ( less than £10 ) you can use the standard stereo . You will need to find a live wire on the ignition side to turn the amp on and off with the key . I used the 12v ( cigarette lighter ) in my pug as that comes on with the ignition .

    My micra - project tiny

It sits low bumper to floor , put a splitter on it and it will catch , arch to wheel and there's a fair gap . No problem with speed bumps, the ones at work are at the maximum legal height. It's on standard shocks for now , there rears are on there way out , you can hear them compress.

    My K11 (first pic's)

How long ago did you paint it ? Leave it for a week to fully harden , use some wet 2000 grit on a rubber block to remove to orange peel , don't press to hard and check constantly to make sure you haven't rubbed through . Then you will need to use a polishing compound , Farecla total compound...

    A call to arms!

Scotchbrite is used just to take the shine off the paint , want remove any scratches . 2000-3000 is roughly the same but would take longer to do .

    A call to arms!

Use the grit paper on the scratches till there smooth then use the scotchbrite to key the surrounding paint .

    A call to arms!

Matt paint is more difficult to spray than gloss , gloss is forgiving when it comes to dust and runs ( they can be polished out ) Matt paint would require a repaint. Also Matt paint is prone to showing striping more . If you have a large area to key I'd suggest using this to save on elbow...

    RIP 2011-2014 Skymera's K11

Looks nice , you can smooth your bumpers and still have a plastic look . There are plastic coloured paints that are designed to repair plastic bumpers . 2 stage kit , first stage is a texture paint that matches the existing bumpers texture , 2nd is the colour coat. Would need to go to either a...
