Have all your solenoids tested also. I had a fault with the one behind the intake manifold when this happened to my ST.

I've not actually done it myself but I would probably unscrew, wipe clean, screw in again then fill to a little under full. Apparently they will run fine with half oil so as long as its not over flowing or way under you should be ok.

The SC12 used on Toyota engines uses part number 08885-80108 for the SC oil. That's 50ml and over here it cost around $50. Holden over here make the same stuff as part #12345982 which is 120ml and will set ya back about $30. And is the exact same oil apparently. Toyota are notorious for...

Saw that one. It's from a rally built March R and is engine #10. They state it is in serious need of a rebiuild and has been sitting around for some time now. Only has 60,000 ks on it but I bet it really earned every k on it. Looks like the ecu will sell for more than the engine lol.

Haha, I meant in terms of gear changes. It's only a crude design but in theory should work fine. Clutch goes in, s/c activates for 3 secs meaning no boost pressure is lost (or rather, maintains whatever boost the s/c is running) and removes the need to double clutch.

Will the future developments of this include a feature like the japanese roms where you can utilise the s/c as an anti-lag system?

It's Alive!! When last I left off my fuel tank was rotting. The fuel was filthy...and I mean really filthy with both dirt and rust. eg. So the fuel tank was removed, cleaned up, rust proofed and sealed then popped back in with a cleaned up sender unit. Replaced the fuel pump, fuel lines...
