There would be places over here that could do that sort of turbo build for you. It would be extremely expensive to get it done in GBP plus shipping, due to the state of the aussie dollar. I think you'd be looking at $1000-$1200 to get it done locally by someone reputable. 1000 pounds is about $1800.

Is the T2 part the compressor or turbine?? I'm guessing compressor as I don't recall you ever mentioning a moddified manifold.

Mate, I don't want to sound like devil's advocate here...but... I was always under the impression oem ST headgaskets fail around 160bhp. That ST was advertised on ebay as 160bhp. With an old stock headgasket, as far as we know. ST headgaskets are near extinct. If that 160bhp was achieved...

Has your gasket blown?? Wouldn't surprise me at all. I bought a couple of timing belt kits from the figaro dude on ebay and I was very unimpressed with the quality def not oem.

Figaro is just an MA10 gasket and is intended for use on a 63kw boosted engine so you would hope they would be of a fairly decent quality. If you are going for MA10 parts the fig parts would be preferable just coz they are used in higher power applications to the standard MA10. There is a Nismo...

Personally, I would rather use a gasket that fits 100% correctly but I guess it wouldn't be the end of the world if you used a ma10 gasket...there will be a 1mm groove around the inside of your combustion chamber where the two surfaces meet though...it's your call, I've heard of people doing...

The basic lump is still an MA series engine. So yes most of the things attached, like timing belt, ignition components (many also match an E15ET), water pump etc will fit. The headgasket has a difference of 2mm on the inside cylinder bore to the MA10 gasket. Keeping in mind the difference in power.
