I have a factory fitted sun roof on both of my micra's , the tilt works fine , but the slide has got a bit juddery and sticky ... is there a way to lubricate the sun roof ? I have tried some grease on the parts I can see but its not done the job thanks

this bit .. the bumper hangers are separate and are put on after the cross member .. hope the picture gives people a idea of the job involved

Can anybody explain this ... the battery earth lead came off the battery when I went to start the car ... the car starter just clicked and all the lights went out .. the radio went off ( and lost its settings ) ... I put the earth clamp back on the battery and started the car ... but then found...

Ta I was thinking of going for a matt black wheel with a narrow white rim on a silver car .. I know I have no colour sense ..unless anyone has any other ideas ?

that PCB looks quite cheap and nasty , single sided copper with no thru plating on the component holes ? .. had a similar case with a car radio , the solder on the component legs cracks with age , if you used a 3 to 4X magnifying glass , would you see a very fine black circular crack around...

just had the engine check light come on again , I had just gone on a short trip when the car entered some heavy woods and then we heard the chatter of a mobile on the car stereo ...and the engine check light came on !!! then I noticed the wifes handbag next to the center tunnel by the bulkhead...

just found the petrol filler pipe and guard under the rear wheel arch is good for holding a fair weight of farmers field , prob worth checking out ....

has anyone tuned a micra for max mpg ? I know its the opposite end of the scale to going faster ,but someone must of found something that Nissan did not do for that few extra few miles a gallon ? the price of fuel forever increasing !!!

I had mine a short while before noticing the harness to the maf was not connected ... and the engine check light did not work !!! so I replaced the bulb and it "lit up " ...reconnected the maf and the car ran very poorly .... 2 faults or co incidence ???

and disconnect the maf . it may make the engine run better , the limp home mode will ignore the maf input . its the black lump on the offside side of the throttle body ... only had my car a few months and I have already got the T-shirt :-)

I was a Volvo 240 owner !!!!! so the old tank suffered a unavailable part malfunction and I bought 2 micra's to replace it .. and the fuel consumption :_)

just done this repair myself , the rubber under the green clip had perished , and the water drops into the heater air inlet !! and if you look carefully , the shape of the metal means the water drains over the clip

am I right in thinking that a failed card gives 2 speeds ... "stop" and "flat out"... if so * ,I get the impression that the tracks on the card can be replaced by some high wattage bulbs ...just a question of trying some different wattage bulbs ???? * the fan motor and the resistor card must...

HI Is there a way of reading a fault code on a K11c by getting the engine fault light to flash . the throttle pedal method does not work on my car . wondering if the k11c had a similar method . ta
