    BTW my current headlights still work ok, but have their screw thread smoothed and cannot adjust them accordingly, have already 'passed' an MOT with them dipped down, but this yr an amendment in legislation required MOT's occurence to be yearly rather than over two years. I would have let them be...

    Do you think it could be so mate? interference..? it's not been touched...but naturally it's been prone to vibration lots of it... I know the pic isn't clear but you might get an idea of how the wire's running just beneath everything alone with the pipes..

    for your ref here are current photos of my prob: no corrosion or anything but still the same darn prob...now i've removed the low beam bulbs which were previously LED's... I have a slight idea that if I had to plug back conventional car bulbs into the low beam the prob might...
