Cheers :) I declared the value of my car as £1500 so as long as it doesnt cost the insurance company more than this to repair it shouldn't be written off? (it's only cosmetic damage anyway) am I right in thinking this, or just generally being thick :blush:

Yeh, an inspector came today to look at the damage and he took my VIN number so hopefully there should be nothing to worry about :) Does anybody know what the RRP for these parts are?.... 1997 K11E: Front Grille Kit, Front Super S/SR Bumper, Right Wing, Right Headlight Unit Just incase...

you could always haggle, or tell them you've got a cheaper quote elsewhere, that's what i did. Was quoted £1,200 for my sr so i told them i'd been quoted 800 elsewhere and they called me back with a quote of £740 :D

3 Nm, 2 lbf ft... apparently :wow: according to Haynes, you have to tighten the cover screws in a specific sequence... dunno if that really matters though? :)

bah, too much hassle!! :blush: I just fitted the newer k11 rear lights but the wrong lights are lighting up, am i right in thinking the wiring is different? or am I just rubbish :(

I have a 97 SR and wanted to know if headlights from the newer K11's will fit my car?
