But there is better stuff out there. T-cut stays abrasive through the entire process that you are polishing. As you say, inteligence is needed to properly use it. TBH, I wouldn't touch it with a barge poll. Meguiars Scratch X, does the same job, but it breaks down as you are polishing, so...

Opps, been away, so I've just seen this one. Don't what ever you do, use someting like t-cut. t-cut is crap. You need to clay the car to remove, what I think is "industrial fallout"

I'd check to see if the channels that run from the sunroof are blocked or not? Think the Tempest came with the sunroof?

Okay, so I've got the thermostat, I got some of that sealant gooyie stuff. Does anyone know how to change the thermostat on a '98 GX? My local Halfords didn't have any manuals left...O.o Ta muchly in advance.

discs, drums, its all brakes innit....:laugh: I'll try and nip to Halfwits this arvo and pick up a manual and thermostat and give it a try. Next weekends chore is the brakes... Oh, and cleaning and polishing it, again....O.o

I got two lil problems with my 1998 1.3GX First one is the brakes, everytime I brake, I get a grinding, rubbing sound from the rear. Not really concerned about this one as it's probably just a case of getting the rear wheels off and either changing the disks or giving it a good clean.....I...

If he wacked you in the bumper, I'd seriously get the boot floor checked out. Some dumbarse hit me from behind when I had my silver K11, ended up having to have a new boot floor. Just to be on the safe side, I'd get it checked.

Does anyone know, without having to replace the entire armrest, is how to remove these scuff marks?

:down: Oh, there is... It was the reason for getting rid of my 1.4 SE 2001. It drank the stuff compared to my 1999 1.0 and 2002 1.0. Curse Nissan and their emissions...grr But I agree with black, looks the nutz when clean, just takes ages to keep clean though.
