Had a quick hour on her today :) Micra steering column with evo uj to evo steering rack. All steering perfectly. :)

A little more has been done. Car now has all wheels on the ground ,Steering rack is in place front subframe is near completion. Engine has had a re-move, just got to connect the rack to the column and rework the bulk head , It sits nice on 18's and they clear too! Heres a few pics........

Not having much micra time this week, but when shiney stuff arrives, Mick and adam wanna play.... From sub frame all mocked up with 2-3 issues to overcome but all is lookin good.. :)

Not had a huge amount of time recently on the micra but I managed a couple of days to play :) So I made a start on the rear :) with custom made turrets and squeezing the evo diff into a Subaru subframe. etc etc . anyway heres some pics :) That's all for now!

We have decided to go against the standard rear subframe, and seeing as we have a "few" Subaru's at our disposal we, thought we would go down that route :) Front hubs are now located in lower wishbones with bottom ball joint's from a totally different car ><. front subframe is now taking shape...

Well a donor isn't cheap to start with, your looking at around £3.5k for an evo alone....we are hoping to get the rear suspension setup sorted this week :D

So i thought i would start a thread to show you guys what we are doing. BUT please bare in mind that we have only had 2 days on it upto date! :) We took a 2004 k12 + gutted the front ready for its new heart Then we took the heart out of the donor ;) Popped it in to take a look 18"...
