if you wanted perfect alignment the any drop would need a panhard rod there no problem running -35mm but any more the drivers side wheel will rub on the body

check the back of the fuse box next to your battery they tend to corrode it wont be the fuse but the holders have a good look at the back of it/underneath any lights coming up on the dash eg engine managment it will be nothing to do with the dizzy as you said it run when you pored petrol in
