Steelies can be much lighter than cheapy big alloys....and there is differences in tires also.

You could try to disconnect the battery, overnight or something like that. Or did you already try that?

I bought my narrowband afr gauge from biltema, was only about 20eur and works perfectly. Changeable backlight color by button too, is that super cool or what? ;) Does not give big amounts of info, but tells you basic things.

Benefits are in the high rpm, if you don´t like to rev then you have to turbo it ;) You can keep standard ecu,no need to improve air flow..if you don´t want to :) . Not notable power increase with improved air flow alone.

Updates on the micra, i´ve won the auction! Price rocketed a bit high ,but still happy :) I´ll keep posting about the car as soon as i get it, hopefully this weekend. Have to start a blog maybe.

Looking not so bad :) ...about 20hours and it Should be mine! I have decided to save it no matter what, chopping to parts is not an option for such a hard to get car. Luckily i have a warm garage for rent (and empty), where it can rest for the winter and i can start to chart the repairs.

I have that other frontlight not working-problem....suprise :) Hmm can you give me a hint that where is the daylight relay? i might consider of changing it to working one, but not really bothered of switching the lights "on" when going behind wheel ;)
