They have the same PCD and the offset isnt going to be far away but check the diameter of the centre hole because Micras need quite a big one (61mm I think!)

+1! I can never remember so I do as Frank does. Never failed yet. I dont think the bolts are that sensitive, they arent stretch bolts and the CG engine isnt a Rover one! LOL!

But the actual drive gear will be a different diameter, therefore a different ratio. So even if you make a sleeve to mesh with the gear in the gearbox thew speedo is going to be out. Would be easier to swap the gearbox with the earlier type.

You will need to be good with the lathe to make the mechanical speedo drive wide enough to fill the hole.

Its a weird size! I dont think its metric but it is the same thread as Nissan use on the rear exhaust section. We make a point of keeping the old nuts from one to use on the other. If you need a couple of nuts let me know.
